Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Thursdays for Expedited service. Express service and In-store Pick Up orders will be processed the same day/following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and shipment tracking details.

For orders where In-store Pick Up is selected, orders must be processed and confirmed before your order will be released. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer to confirm the item is in stock and available for pick up at our 819 Queen Street West location. The credit card holder's valid driver's license or government photo ID that was used for the transaction and credit card is required at pick up to release the goods. No exceptions.
